I starter my account on 25th of the month a while ago, why is the payment talen EARLIER each month: for ex. 10/18/21, 11/17/21, 01/16/22, 02/15/22, 03/17/22.

What is the explanation for this "mobile" avcounting method?

30 day cycles.

Not monthly.

EDIT: which means the renewal date 'creeps' backwards over time by about 5 days per year

Notice your February to March - it went 2 days the other way. 30 day months will be the same renewal the next month. 31 day months will advance a day. February will reverse 2 days (3 days every 4 years).

PM's billing cycle is 30 days, not 1 month (fixed date).

Sometime you might experience even 2 charges in one month. For example on Dec 1 and Dec 31 or similar months.

They have it pretty clear in the self serve account indicating plan and stipulating 30 days
