      <description>&lt;P&gt;I starter my account on 25th of the month a while ago, why is the payment talen EARLIER each month:&amp;nbsp; for ex. 10/18/21, 11/17/21, 01/16/22,&amp;nbsp; 02/15/22, 03/17/22.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the explanation for this "mobile" avcounting method?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Notice your February to March - it went 2 days the other way. 30 day months will be the same renewal the next month. 31 day months will advance a day. February will reverse 2 days (3 days every 4 years).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
