I suppose that the 10 days//20$ option (calls + SMS + 250 Mo) does mean that the voice calls AND the written SMS are unlimited?

Just make sure you connect to the best network option between T-Mobile and AT&T so you don't hit any snags

Yes calls and SMS are unlimited for 10 days within the US and to Canada from the date you purchase the add-on.
