    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233282"&gt;@chris3400&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - it could be possible network issues that are hopefully temporary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, you could always try these things that could improve your connection/service:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*&lt;STRONG&gt;removing&lt;/STRONG&gt; your &lt;STRONG&gt;SIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into &lt;STRONG&gt;airplane&lt;/STRONG&gt; mode, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*perform a &lt;STRONG&gt;reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;network&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;edit: do you have another phone you can try your SIM card into for a few days to see if the issue is the same? This could rule out a device issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any chance anyone can help me how to improve the data on my phone? i can’t even watch a video without it stopping ever 5 seconds and searching takes forever. It’s always been like this and now tempted into looking for another plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
