    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86922"&gt;@Chuckc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - a couple things to try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* removing your SIM card then gently reinserting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* performing a Reset of the device's Network Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try calls again. Do you hear the beep?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still yes, try your SIM card into another phone then make a call see if beeps continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they don't continue, it is likely something in the settings in your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The above may also help fix finicky data network connections. You could also try toggling into airplane mode, then toggle back again when you notice any drops or lag.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86922"&gt;@Chuckc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Not sure about your beeping sound.&amp;nbsp; Could be a setting on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About the internet drops, did it happen more often at a specific location than others, like your home or so?&amp;nbsp; Try to change it to the Preferred Network Type to&amp;nbsp; 3G ONLY /WCDMA ONLY when you see the drop again and see if it improves the data connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>
