Unable to add credit card for autopay

Hello,

I am trying to add my new credit card in for autopay but I keep getting an error saying the card issuer denied the transaction. I have called the issuer and they said the transaction was approved so I am not sure what else I can do on my end.

Clear your browser cache and history, then open a new browser in incognito. Chrome or edge works well.

I was using Edge and just tried it on Chrome and it now works. Thanks

Good you nipped that headache in the bud quick then. The same issue may arise for that and other things like even accessing the community, etc. So always try that first to see if that works.
