Calls keep dropping

Hi ive been using public mobile for 3 years & the calls recently keep dropping. when i dial out a number the calls drop or it says ‘user busy’ & hangs up it wont even ring

heres an example below

@Goodlife062404 Did you try calling another number to make sure outgoing calls are working?

which city you are at?

Try to change the network setting to 3G ONLY

Also, try to reboot your phone first.

still not work, then try to reseat your sim

I dial many numbers everyday and the same issue happens with various numbers, i am located in Toronto.
