      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132611"&gt;@JK8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;that is always the preferred method.&amp;nbsp; It's actually not bad, except there are other hiccups in the opening ticket process.&amp;nbsp; Also, in many case, people have to enter the Community login and then the My Account login, that 2 logins confused many people&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Creating Ticket IS preferred way to talk to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes ticketing does not work and customers found a way to contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having ticket is better way as ticket can be tracked and followed up upon but as long as system allows customer to create one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
