      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233196"&gt;@Bana&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nobody to call with Public mobile. &amp;nbsp;Customer service is via the online forum and private messaging customer service agent if needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your phone working right now? &amp;nbsp;When is your renewal date? &amp;nbsp;On the evening before renewal date, there is a bunch of warnings about expired accounts, etc. &amp;nbsp;If you have available funds and your phone is working, everything should renew overnight. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does it say Plan Expired? If yes, then this is the normal renewal messaging, as long as all your services are working everything is fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233196"&gt;@Bana&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you have signed up for Autopay and your plan is up for renewal, please ignore this message as it's a default one that gets sent out to everybody on their renewal date.&amp;nbsp; Once your payment goes through, that message will go away on its own.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you find yourself not able to use your cellphone anymore and your account is really suspended, contact the Public Mobile customer service to inquire further.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The best way to reach them is to send them a private message by clicking on the icon that looks like an envelope that says "Messages" when you hover your mouse over it. And then click on an icon that looks like a pen inside a box to compose the private message and write "CS_Agent" in the "Send to" field and the issue as well as the details of your issue in the "Message subject" and "Message box" text boxes respectively. This is the only way to reach them and you should receive an answer from them shortly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
