Their shipping is a long process, so if you still want the phones I would see if you could resolve your address issue and get those shipped back out and maybe ask for a refund on the sim cards and get those yourself at cheaper prices and much quicker. You have a few options for that, of course if you are over the phones you could request a refund for those as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered 2 used phones as well as 2 SIM cards through the Public Mobile online 'store'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My order was returned to sender because they couldn't figure out my address apparently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where/who do I contact to get my phones?! Or get a refund for my order if it can't be shipped to me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't find a phone number anywhere to contact someone about this, and when I reply to my order confirmation e-mail it doesn't seem to go anywhere&lt;/P&gt;</description>
