      <description>&lt;P&gt;THAT is not possible. PM is Not changing your email nor password. Only you can do that or somebody who hacked your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228939"&gt;@Katherinejlord&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What do you mean the email and password changes daily?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes PM's website can get glitchy and retrying later (an hour or more) will allow you to sign in as long as you know your email (username) and password.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode before trying to log into the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to reset your email/password, you'll need to submit a ticket to customer support via the chatbot here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second option is to send a private message to CS_Agent here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
