      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/158657"&gt;@YJW&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you DO HAVE data showing as remaining in your My Data &amp;amp; Add-On's section, then try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggling airplane mode on/off&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;resetting your device network settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;rebooting your device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;removing SIM, then reinsert it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you might also want to try manually switching the network to 3G only, then try your DATA&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
