      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get into my account.&amp;nbsp; I know I have the right email. I tried to reset the password but it is saying the email is wrong. I tried both my emails just incase.&amp;nbsp; All I need is my referral code.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to make you more business but because your site is broken I can't.&amp;nbsp; I know how bad the customer service is that is why I stay away from it by using 611 to pay my bill. Once you access your account, I would put the referral code in your phone notepad, if you need it again and face this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233013"&gt;@Site_is_broken&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I remember PM sent out text messages with the referral code when this was changed from the tel. number.&amp;nbsp; If you kept all your texts (didn't factory reset or something) you should be able to retrieve that message.&amp;nbsp; I just looked up mine and it was from PM's shortcode # 5131.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, you would still need to contact customer support to regain access to your account.&amp;nbsp; BTW, make sure there's no typos when you're entering your email/username for the login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
