      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/95202"&gt;@YLvancouver&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As others have correctly indicated, it's just the one bucket of 250MB for the $15 plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was prior messaging (about a year ago when PM released a short-lived, province-wide plan) which clearly led some to believe this.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Something to the effect the plan included 250MB, then later stated 250MB bonus with auto-pay.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This was inaccurate messaging at the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't believe that messaging is currently listed anywhere - but if it is, make sure to screenshot it and let Public Mobile Customer Support Agents know.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Who knows, there may be a one-time data freebie in it for you for bringing it to their attention.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.
