For the $15 / plan, Does international texting mean I can receive texts from anyone around the world, or does it mean I can text from anywhere around the world, or both?

BOTH: you can receive and send SMS anywhere on the planet where mobile service exists WHILE being in Canada.

@giltrow Yes you can as long as you are in Canada edit: (send and receive). Edit: not from anywhere else in the world but there are roaming options for the US only.

Hi @giltrow International texting means you can text FROM CANADA to any other number in the world

At the same time, you can also receive text from people in other countries

But , your plan does not inlcude text FROM outside of Canada. If you want to text when you are in US, you will need to have US Text Roaming add-ons. If you are in other countries, then you cannot as PM only has US roaming.

You would have a few other options if you are going to be travelling, even in the US there may be cheaper and more reliable options than the US roaming add ons

Unlimited international text means you can text from anywhere in Canada to anywhere in the world without incurring charges. This doesn't apply when you're roaming in a different country.
