      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you tried to port Telus to PM it is done over SMS, not email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You initiate porting on PM side; both accounts have to be active; you receive SMS from Telus and you have to answer Yes within 90 minutes or porting request will fail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed SMS from Telus you have to ask PM agent to resend porting request to Telus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But since both companies belong to Telus, maybe agent can assist you with porting without all these SMS stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt; and type &lt;EM&gt;ticket,&lt;/EM&gt; then click on &lt;EM&gt;Contact Us&lt;/EM&gt;, then click on issue you inquire about.&amp;nbsp;Link for creating ticket will be presented.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
