I just activated my account and besides my payment , I got charged 10 cents twice. Anyone know why?

This could very well be a temporary pending charge that doesn't get finalized. Sometimes, very small amounts are processed to check the validity of the card.

It is good CS Agent come and check posts here directly. Especially should provide support with activation and payment issue

I did respond. I went in to check payment history but nothing shows. Yet it shows on my bank statement. MYbe it’s a bank issue?
