can't add US roaming addon

I tried to add the $15 US roaming addon.

I was asked to add $15 + tax. I did. Now my balance is $15. When I choose to add the 10 day US roaming package it says it will deduct $15 from my balance. When I agree I end up on the same page with this text: "ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Balance_12ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_-1" in a black box.

I can't add the addon... I'm in the US now and would like to start using my phone.

Can someone please help? @CS_Agent

If available balance of $15 is still showing in your self-serve account, try adding add-on using incognito or private browsing mode. Also, try another browser like internet explorer or safari if possible.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried with chrome in incognito mode and with edge browser. same behaviour each time.

I do have $15 still showing in my balance.

In that case, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph#, account# and an explanation. They will add the add-on from their end.

This bug is here still. Mostly caused by the self serve system if you already tried on another computer.
