    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/232736"&gt;@carpet1947&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - what is everything, then we know what not to suggest. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;if you are were a customer before with working incoming calls, try&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;restarting&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;your phone or performing a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;of your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;network&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try you SIM into another phone to see if incoming calls work. Then move the SIM back to your phone to see if that retriggered something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If if you have activated a new account and transferred over from another provider, note that incoming calls are usually the last to port over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So use the previous provider's SIM card to receive calls from.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Does it go to PM voicemail instead?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you recently ported and porting is not complete or failed, YOU will be able to call out but calls in will go to old number/vmail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you..I submitted a ticket sorry when I said everything I meant following the instructions to use the new sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I can make calls out and receive texts, and I put the new sim in around 1pm it’s now 8:42pm so longer than 2hours&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
