      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you get charged the price of your plan 13 times? so if it was 25 you got close to 400 charged after tax? An agent can definitely help you rectify this and refund you. I would usually recommend it leaving it and letting it cover your upcoming renewals but that is with 1 or 2 extra charges, if you have 12 they can definitely assist you with that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
