You might need to wait a moment for it to activate.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap Send &amp;amp; Receive.&amp;nbsp;If you see “Use your Apple ID for iMessage,” tap it and sign in with the same&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/apple-id" target="_blank"&gt;Apple ID&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;that you use on your Mac, iPad, and iPod touch.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In&amp;nbsp;the "You can receive iMessages" section, make sure that your phone number and Apple ID are selected.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; FaceTime and make sure that your phone number and Apple ID are selected in the "You can be reached by FaceTime at" section.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/232667"&gt;@ABCecilia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- if you are were a customer before with working incoming calls, try &lt;STRONG&gt;restarting&lt;/STRONG&gt; your phone or performing a &lt;STRONG&gt;reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; of your &lt;STRONG&gt;network&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try you SIM into another phone to see if incoming calls work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then move the SIM back to your phone to see if that retriggered something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If if you have activated a new account and transferred over from another provider, note that incoming calls are usually the last to port over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So use the previous provider's SIM card to receive calls from. If yes, did you reply to the text from your old carrier to allow the port? It does take a couple of hours for the port to complete. I will pm you a number to call in case. Also try rebooting phone, reset network settings and reinstall sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
