      <title>I received confirmation mail, but still can not use my phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported my fido number to public mobile at 2017,Aug, 01, 6:00PM, I paid money by credit card, and received the confirmation email. But now I can not use my phone and can not login into the self service account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to login my self service, it says:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my confirmation email:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help ASAP because my fido billing day come Aug, 03, thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
