my account is active but no service so I cannot make call or take call, can someone help with this ? Thanks

The first obvious troubleshooting steps would be to restart your phone, and also if possible to try your SIM card in another phone.

Are you able to send and receive texts or is everything down?

@AD688 On the phone, does it show any error like 'No SIM", "SIM not provisioned", "No Network"? Any status bar?

Also, you might want to try to reseat your SIM, power off the phone, take sim out for a minute before putting it back in and power on
