How can I see my Avatar. I'm not a techy at all and I need to click on it to get to my profile.

Your avatar is the blue gift box icon that should be in the upper right area of this page.

Click on your Avatar, on top right part of page below Sign In.

To change: click on Avatar, My Settings, Avatars, pick picture

As you have probably seen you can change a bunch of stuff in there and also see a ton of different metrics for your community account.
