      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/232474"&gt;@Rayleen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Are you trying to update your payment card via 611?&amp;nbsp; Then you would need your 4 digit PIN to make changes to any CC registered on account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to log into your self serve account?&amp;nbsp; You will be able to make the changes there by selecting the Payment tab and scroll down the page to Manage my Card option.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Make sure to enter the name/address exactly as it appears on your payment card statement and no spaces for the postal code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're trying to load a voucher via the 611 system, then you don't need a PIN to load the voucher, but do need to enter the correct set of 12 digit numbers on the voucher (voucher PIN).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
