      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are public mobile towers down? My phone's service says it's disabled. My bill is paid and I even tried resetting my phone as well as my network settings and still no service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone? I just ran into an issue with a Samsung s21 that wouldn't connect. Samsung couldn't figure out the issue and ended up sending me a new phone (which works perfectly btw).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
