Today was the day my autopay was to go through, but the money was not in the account. I assumed my data was not working due to needing to reactivate.

However, when I got home, I noticed that my account said I had a balance of $29.00 (do i owe this or....?), that I was owing $0.00, and that my next autopay date was October.

Yet, my phone is still not working. I'm not sure about texting, I sent them out, but I haven't received any back to know. The data is for sure off.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
