Can you check my account as the data wasn’t added and I can’t access Cellular.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You probably didn't do the second step of buying the add-on. You probably still see the $15 in your balance. Go back to purchasing and buy the add-on with the money in your balance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Load fund&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Actual buying of the addon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many did loading the fund and unaware that they need to go back and buy the addon after&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see $15 sitting as Available Fund in your My Account?&amp;nbsp; If so, then yes, you missed step 2.&amp;nbsp; Please go back and buy the addon now.&amp;nbsp; Pm will not charge you again but will use the fund in Available Fund for the purchase&lt;/P&gt;</description>
