You can use the $15 credit towards your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA.       <description>&lt;P&gt;As stated it is usually a pretty easy fix that an Agent can assist you with and just put the value into the add-on you want. Also make sure that you actually purchased the one you didn't want as it is a 2 step process, first you load the funds and then have to go back and select the add on, etc. Sometimes people only do step 1 and think that it is done. In that case, you won't have to reach out to an agent and can just pick the correct add on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
