      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been with Public Mobile for over a year now so I’m supposed to be getting 1$ for being on autopay and 1$ off for being with then for over a year. Neither have been applied to my account and I have no idea how to get in contact with a customer service representative. I keep being directed to the chat bot who hasn’t really been any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you join? Loyalty reward should be applied on your 13th month. If you joined in March last year, you should get reward on April renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
