      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you set up the APN properly &amp;nbsp;and if your G$ was on a different network before you likley need to factory reset the G4 at least once. try with sim in and tehn sim out of the phone. Cant remember which way works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-202326/" target="_self"&gt;you can also try resetting the network settings&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hopefully the network reset will work, but the G4 is known to need a full factory reset. &amp;nbsp;It was based on &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/LG-G4-not-connected-to-cellular-data/td-p/59868" target="_self"&gt;this thread&lt;/A&gt; and several others with the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[edit] looks like the network reset should work as discussed in the thread&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17289"&gt;@SD08&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;linked to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/21622"&gt;@Umliun1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the replies you've received so far are correct--if the G4 was used on any other network previously--and I'm going to assume it was since that's an older model and not likely one you just picked up brand new. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First try a network reset, and if it doesn't work, then factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
