      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday suddenly i cannot use my phone, account posted expired and ask me to change credit card, my credit card not expire and using well for my husband account, than i retyped my credit card # again and they charged me double end up, and the whole morning i cannot use my phone, why it happened ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click on the Bubble or directly at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;PM had major issue yesterday and many customers have been affected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can log in to your account and can see funds on your account, they will be used on next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try contacting agent directly but expect delays in replying as they are overwhelmed with similar requests.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
