    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming this has to do with the big autopay/payment issue from yesterday. If the phone is still not working contact an agent, if it is working but you were double charged, you can either reach out to them and request a refund or use the extra funds in your balance on your next renewal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can get payment vouchers from local 7/11, then dial 611 to add to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternative...recharge.com or ding.com. They do have small user fees...but are reasonable and reliable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
