Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any help and can't seem to get any resolution. I need my phone and I need it working. Chatbot nor " customer" service are no help. Been a loyal customer for 5 years and I hate to leave however this is no way to treat customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/231869"&gt;@Jerhow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, unfortunately PM Support is all online only&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Open a ticket first, or open a ticket again if you did and already couple hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For now, if you have Wifi , try to use VoIP app like Fongo or TextNow.&amp;nbsp; They are free, you can use it to make calls for now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Jerhow, I am having the exact same issue at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's unfortunate PM does not care about their customers. they are stealing from us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
