    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i have switched my plan from 3 months $111 to 1 month $47. it is suppose to switch over today (july 29)and i made payment few days in advace (july 17) and the fund is sitting at the account. now the account is suspended. can not make call and no data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is what my payment tab looks like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Your service is currently suspended due to insufficient funds.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Available Funds:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;$47.00&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Estimated amount due:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;$64.00&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;The amount due is based on your current Rate Plan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;does that mean it is $64 and not $47?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="balance-detail-content"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;Thanks so much &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
