For the last few days I've had the same problem. Trying to phone my son, I get a notification that says his number is out of service (code 6UT1), However, his phone is working fine. We are able to text and I have no issues with any other number.

Any ideas?

Although it appears the issue has been resolved the fix has been to remove the SIM card from the phone and put it in another phone and reboot. Remove the SIM card and put it back in the phone.

To contact customer support click below:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #
