Phone records from before Dec 2021

I need phone records from 2021 & 2020. the latest I can get is from Dec 2021, under my account settings. All dates prior are greyed out. How do I request This? Using the chat feature, I was not able to get a hold of any customer rep for this question.

You can get records from a CS_Agent by clicking on the private messaging envelope icon above on this Community page but it will take sometime for them to email you a PDF copy.

They should be able to go that far back but ask.

HI @angefocus For usage record, not sure if PM support will help with you need those older than 3 months. But I kind of doubt they will unless you can give them a very big reason or you have police order? But, open a ticket with them to confirm.

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

type: Contact CS Agent
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Other"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
