Also try clearing your cache and cookie
Try smartphone browser or tablet
Also try safari or ie browser.

yeah you have caught one of the typical glytches. do as @Samianauman suggested. also include your sim number.

once mods fix the issue you will likley need to create your selfserve account from the main page
