      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/231099"&gt;@AJG1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;is there any error showing on the phone?&amp;nbsp; Try to reseat your SIM or try to put your SIM in another phone and check if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you will need to contact PM CS Agent and they can confirm if the setup was done successfully&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, can you login to My Account to check if account status Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if you can login My Account, probably it is better for you to direct message PM CS Agent to open the ticket:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/231099"&gt;@AJG1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your old number over to PM or picked a new number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try powering off the phone by holding down the power button, remove the SIM tray and leave out for 2 minutes, power the phone back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that didn’t work, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on the Community page so they can reset your network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
