I thought I would comment instead of making a new thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not receiving text messages or calls. At random times I get all my text messages together and calls go straight to voicemail. My data works just fine. I am using a OnePlus 7pro and I haven't had an issue for over a year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Most likely due to network upgrade or maintenance or whatever reason they come up with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls go directly to voice mail if number cannot be reached (phone off, airplane mode on, etc.) but SMS/MMS most likely get stacked somewhere and then get delivered when service become available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56190"&gt;@troy_d&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;try to change your Network setting to 3G ONLY/WCDMA ONLY and see if it works better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or try to swap the 2 SIMs between you and your wife phone (Put your sim in your wife's phone and your wife's SIM to your phone) and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; That will trigger a re-provision of the Account/SIM and that could resolve the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
