Not Working - US Roaming - Unlimited Text

Hello,
I am traveling in USA from Canada, I added this package but its not working.

Current Add-Ons
US Roaming - Unlimited Text (10-day) - $8.00

Can anyone look into this for me?

@susanmyraPM did you manually change your Network carrier? Try to change it to either T-Mobile or AT&T. Try both to see which one works

Also, you might want to reboot your phone once as well

Phones have been rebooted.
Have never changed network carrier before, will atempt that.
On iphone 7

@susanmyraPM this is what you need to do to change carrier on iPhone

Press Settings;
Select Mobile Data
Choose Mobile Network;
To select the network manually, press the indicator next to Automatic until the function is deactivated;
You will see a list of the network operators available. Click on the required network.

Other things to try:

Network reset of phone

make sure roaming option is selected.

Are you able to receive texts? You actually should be able to receive texts in the USA without any roaming package. You just can't send texts without the add on.

@susanmyraPM Curious as to what part isn't working? Sending or receiving or both? If it's sending try +1 in front of area code of your contacts if it isn't already there.

Edit: Are you trying to send MMS vs SMS? MMS uses data so ensure your data is turned on and set to allow roaming. Maybe someone can pipe in here; can you send/receive MMS in US with "only" the texting add on?
