Did you leave the sim of your old provider in a phone to confirm the transfer?

I transferred to Public Mobile the first time. I ordered a SIM and got a plan and kept the same number. It’s been 20 hours since my plan is activated. I can call others, send text and receive texts but cannot receive calls. Could someone help and/or please tell me how I can connect with a real customer support agent?

Put it back in your phone to reply YES to the PAT porting authorization text once you reinitiate your port request. You will have 90 minutes to reply. Check your private messages as I will send you the telus porting depart ment phone #. Have your old account # ready when you call them. Or you can contact customer support but this will be faster.

To contact customer support click below:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.
