    <description>&lt;P&gt;To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way. If it fails you will have to wait an hour to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/reactivate-a-suspended-plan" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/reactivate-a-suspended-plan&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service/plan should automatically reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152158"&gt;@mehri&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;clearing cache and cookies&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;using incognito tab&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;a completely different browser on a different device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, try adding $1 more than your plan amount, then reactivate.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try using lost/stolen function, log off, then log on, and remove the lost/stolen function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing one of the above will get you going!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Those options suggested should work. If it has only been 2 months you won't have to worry that your account and phone number are lost, once you get it reactivated you will be good to go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
