      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I forgot to change my card on auto-pay to my current debit card with enough funds for my plan ($25) but did yesterday after I noticed my account had been suspended. I also made a payment for the amount it said was due ($7) and I have a balance of $10. I would really like to be able to use my phone as it's important for work etc but I'm still suspended.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to make sure I got that right cuz you weren't clear. You made a payment of $17.00&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;7. That was owed and an extra 10. If that is the case use your pH and call 611 and see what they have to say. I believe there's an option in there too reactivate your acct. But get your acct balance and plan info first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you choose "amount due" to pay for your plan when suspended it defaults to $10. So the OP had a $3 balance from rewards ($2 autopay+$1 loyalty=$3) so amount due prompted a $7 payment ($3+$7=$10) but the OP has the $25 plan. To reactivate they needed to make a $15 payment for the plan to reactivate.
