      <description>&lt;P&gt;You tried both 611 and your account? You used the proper 12 digit code? Only try a couple times per hour. Also, some vouchers are not valid for some time. When did you buy the voucher?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But let's say you made an imputting mistake on one try and/or on another try you used the wrong 12 digit code. You have now used up your 2 payment attempts for this hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait out a full hour. Locate the 12 digit PIN # on the voucher. Ensure you can see each digit correctly and take your time punching in the numbers so you don't make a mistake. Hopefully this time around 611 accepts the voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then try one time thru self serve and if you still have no joy and you are sure you have done everything correctly then contact customer support to check the vouchers validity and have them add it as there have been a higher than usual amount of issues in the past week or two adding a voucher....maybe the system is acting up again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you do get your Wal-Mart voucher loaded on your account I sure could use a walmart example in the voucher catalogue if you wouldn't mind adding it for future reference for other customers experiencing a similar issue.
