I purchased public mobile plan a week ago. My phone worked. I got email. But I can't login to self service account.

to send a private message .

In your message please include:

* PM account email address

* SIM card number(if available)

* PM phone number

* Detailed explanation

Before any of mods answers - you may want to try self-registration:

I was in similar situation recently (FM promo) - can't log in and cant reset password (no valid email). This was the answer I received from the mod after two days' waiting.

If you have a Samsung phone then they have a nice service to give you an unlock code. If you've brought your phone over from another Canadian provider then they will give you the unlock code for free. There are fee-based external services that can sell you an unlock code.

Yes Samsung has a very good unlocking service.
