      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a setting in you VM where you can confirm to not have to enter PIN/pw.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was one of these voicemail problems earlier. Are you in Nova Scotia? The 778 number earlier should work. The 902 number for NS may have been re-purposed for another voicemail system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ken, If I understand your question; dialling XXX-580-4001 and receiving mailbox number prompt is requesting your phone # including area code which you can't change without changing your phone #. This is not the same as your password. If you are accessing voice mail by dialing your own number directly from your phone, you shouldn't receive this prompt, only the one for your password.
