      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need some 4 digit pin code, which I don't remember. And there is other viable help with Public Mobile. No wonder people are moving away from Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's possible your 4 digit pin is still on your phone or on the actual sim. You can use the ticketing method or even just a private message to the support people. What are you needing to do though?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging (envelope icon) or Chat button on this page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will need a credible information from your account to avoid fraudulent event.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email address, mailing address, phone number etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to access my online account, and now the password that was set in my password manager apparently doesn't work. And there is no information in how to contact support. Seems they only work on Eastern Time clock, and close at 8 PM, I get home after 5 PM Pacific time.&lt;BR /&gt;Doesn't matter what I try to use for a browser, I can't access anything in the ticket system to generate the ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They can send you text to verify your account if you can't do it with your sign in info but you can also verify thru your community account log in credentials. You can then change your account pin # if necessary.
