Hi,

yes it is about to return my phone, i CAN'T SUBMIT the return ticket on line, the web has a problem . it is very urgent, i Iwill leave Canada Friday, I should absolutely return it before that date.

FYI regarding the phone and you not being able to install Google apps. That is correct and there is nothing wrong with the phone. In 2019 Huawei became underfire so to speak with the USA (Trump) and started being banned. Google banned them from the Playstore. Models such as P30 and below still work on Playstore. It was new models coming out like your P40 that you ordered that were banned. Huawei made their own OS called Harmony and their own store for apps. Which you can pretty much still get everything off of.

I looked quicky at the sale website on Public Mobile. They (PM) should have at least put a notice that the phone does not have playstore. But I guess that is too much to ask from Public Mobile lol

Yeah, ticketing does not work 😞

My experience is reply within 30 minutes. They might be busy with all these voice mail issues people have today.
