Public Mobile will not process a payment from my voucher.

Did you just buy it, depending on where you got it from it may take up to 24 hours to become active.

It could take up to 24 hours for voucher’s PIN to become active.

If there are more than one set of 12 digit numbers, did you use the one called PIN# (if English). You can also try to redeem it through the 611 service.

Redeeming a voucher (#1, #1) or checking balance (#4) doesn't need the PIN. Everything else does.

You can also login to My Account, Payment and load your voucher there.

If you're in a hurry to fund your account...try recharge.com or ding.com. Both have a small user fee, but they are fast and secure.

Alternative option...get another payment voucher from 711...their payment vouchers are active right away.
