How can I find the IMEI of my missing phone?

My phone was recently stolen and the police said that they need my IMEI. They said that my carrier can provide it for me. I can't find it anywhere on this website though.

@jacobconell Yes, PM Support would be able to provide you. You just need to open a ticket with them and they will verify and confirm and you are the account owner.

To open ticket with PM Support:

1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@jacobconell you might be able to get your IMEI information via the FindmyPhone service. But it likely needs to go through 2FA verification and depends how you set it up.

You can also find your IMEI number on the box the phone originally came in, if you still have it

I do not recall providing my IMEI while signing up with PM?! And I cannot find it while going through my account?

How can PM know my IMEI?

How many of you actually know or have access to IMEI without a phone?

How can PM know my IMEI?

When you connect to the Mobile network, the carrier will keep note of your IMEI and SIM

I used the google one, it had the IMEIs of my old phones, but not the stolen phone. The samsung one doesn't work
